This site is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0, which is a World Wide Web Consortium Recommendation dated May 5, 1999. Version 2.0 is currently a working draft.
It is built with a simple, consistent navigation to allow you to find your way around with ease. All code is XHTML/CSS standards compliant, well structured, and well crafted. This allows for faster downloads and is much easier for screen readers to follow. Each form is individually built with simple instructions to help users complete them correctly first time. The website content will be visible on a wide range of devices including PDAs, hand-helds etc and will work on a range of platforms including Mac and PCs.
